4 weeks old

Another exciting week in my life. Some of the fun things from this week include: my first trip to church (mom forgot to get a picture of the momentous occasion), a couple of trips to Target (I really like that place - mom found me a night light so she can feed in the middle of the night, and mom likes getting out of the house a bit during the day), graduating from Newborn-size diapers to Size 1, visits from friends (Joyce, the Volands, the Meeks), and mommy and daddy celebrating their one-year wedding anniversary on 8.28.

Three Weeks Old Today

My mommy keeps singing Happy Birthday to me again today. At what point does she stop celebrating every week?

I just wish I had the words to sing to mommy and daddy tomorrow (8/28) as they celebrate their ONE YEAR wedding anniversary. I don't think they are going to exchange gifts - they keep telling me that I am their gift. I sure am thankful God brought them together and that I get to celebrate with them this first year and for many years to come.

Two Weeks Old Today

Today is my 2 Week Birthday!
My mommy and daddy say that I have changed so much in these two weeks. I don't know about that but I am enjoying all these new experiences... getting to know my mom & dad (they keep telling me that I am a gift from God), learning to eat (mom's doing a great job of getting me on a 3-hour eating schedule), going through LOADS of diapers, having fun playing with my Nana & Poppee and my NaiNa, meeting some of mom's and dad's friends (Ina, Park family, Sakaguchi family, Melanie, Robyn), sleeping a whole lot (and I'm even letting mom and dad sleep a bit at night too - mom's just got to learn to nap during the day with me), and just taking it all in. I can hardly wait to see what's next. :)
